Dust and illusions, a short history of Burning Man 60' & 83'  - 2008-2009  - Imagine, Madnomad Films
    Synopsis

For the last twenty years a totally unique event has taken place in Nevada, in the middle of the vast Black Rock desert, on the site of an ancient dried up lake surrounded by arid mountains: Burning Man. In 2008, it attracted 40,000 visitors. Many were there for the first time, but most of them had been coming for 5, 10 or 20 years. Each time they try to reconstruct a Utopian world in which the main values are art, sharing and free expression. Through this portrait of the festival’s founding members and those comprising the symbolic groups who have participated in creating the image of the Burning Man, this documentary recounts the incredible human adventure that has always accompanied this momentous event.
