In the dead of night, in the very centre of the capital, a man is hunched over the keyboards of his instrument. Alone, inside Notre-Dame de Paris. Olivier Latry, one of the cathedral’s resident organists, relishes the privilege of being able to play this great Cavaillé-Coll instrument, which is amongst the most prestigious in the world.
