Formed in 2012 in Paris, the Van Kuijk Quartet has won numerous awards and is very present on major international stages such as the Wigmore Hall, the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, the Auditorium du Louvre, the Musikverein de Vienne, Radio Bavaroise in Munich, the Berlin, Luxembourg, Cologne, Hamburg and Paris Philharmonias, the Tonhalle in Zurich, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, the Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon, the Frick Collection (New York), the Lincoln Center (New York), the Phillips Collection (Washington DC), and the Salle Bourgie (Montreal) as well as in Asia (Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, China) and Australia.

The Van Kuijk Quartet studied at the Paris Conservatory under the Ysaye Quartet and Günter Pichler at the Escuela Superior de Musica Reina Sofia in Madrid. At the same time, they have taken master-classes with members of the legendary Berg, Hagen and Artemis quartets.
