The tale of two people brought together by war and then separated by an ocean. The true story of a young couple who never forgot one another. He comes from a small town in Mississippi, she from a village in Meurthe-et-Moselle. In 1944, K.T Robbins is sent to France with his regiment. There he falls in love with young Jeannine Ganaye. But the war soon puts an end to their idyll. When they meet again 75 years later, their love remains intact.

This story of an ephemeral idyll and an eternal romance, portrayed through a breathtaking combination of song, tap, Lindy hop, swing and contemporary dance sweeps the audience up in whirlwind of love, passion, humour and poetry, set against a backdrop of war and Liberation.
