In May 2015, thirty graffiti artists took part in a unique competition in a dream setting: the Ono’u International Graffiti Festival in Tahiti. For 4 days, they battled it out in a series of challenges, with spray paint their only weapon.

Under the watchful eye of a prestigious jury of photographers, artists, journalists and auctioneers, they painted walls, canvases and entire facades.

Today, the price of street art is skyrocketing, with some works, such as those by Banksy, reaching record levels at auction.
