Water For All?
52' - 2024 - Les Films en Vrac
Synopsis
Despite being one of the rainiest places in the world, half of the population of Réunion has no permanent access to drinking water and the farmers are unable to irrigate their crops. This documentary gives a voice to the consumers, farmers and amateur Bichique fishermen affected by problems with the water supply, as well as the authorities who have begun work on solving them. But with global warming intensifying and a population that has doubled in the last 50 years, will these solutions come too late for the island?
