Malcolm POTTER 4tet
87' - 2024 - Tangaro/CLC Productions – Macondo – Collectif Soul Gang – TéléGrenoble – TL7 Télévision Loire 7 – Télé Paese
Synopsis
Malcolm Potter is a bassist, singer and songwriter whose voice is often compared to that of Sting, Harry Connick Jr. and Jamie Cullum, to name but a few.
After playing mainly jazz for the past 20 years, he is now charting a new and original course, a personal and singular sound universe, dressed in jazz codes and colors.
The author of bold, impulsive lyrics, Malcolm Potter invites you into his repertoire of pop creations and revisited standards, played by jazz musicians.
Concert recorded at Jazz à l'Ilyade on March 6, 2024
