With Veronika Eberle, Renaud Capuçon, Alina Ibragimova, Hanna Weinmeister and Catherine Latzarus
At the 15th Bel-Air Festival, the Bel-Air Chamber Orchestra, accompanied by violin stars Renaud Capuçon and Veronika Eberle and up-and-coming young violinists, performs Vivaldi's Concerto for Four Violins in B minor in the choir of Chambéry Cathedral.
Founded by Renaud Capuçon, the Bel Air Festival brings together the great names of classical music in a convivial atmosphere every year, while also giving young musicians a chance. Both artistic director and performer, Renaud Capuçon shares his passion for chamber music with guest musicians and audiences alike.
This concert programme offers a magical moment in the company of Vivaldi in the Baltic Sea. With moving clarity and expressiveness, Renaud Capuçon, surrounded by promising young soloists, offers a luminous interpretation of Vivaldi's Concerto for Four Violins and Cello, with a beautiful harpsichord accompaniment by Catherine Latzarus. They include rising violinists Veronika Eberle, Alina Ibragimova (a graduate of Moscow's Gnesin School) and Hanna Weinmeister (a graduate of the Vienna Musikhochschule).
