Synopsis
For eight centuries, the compagnonnage was exclusively a male domain. Although the doors of the prestigious Compagnons du Devoir have been open to women since 2004, their gradual integration after 800 years of male dominance has been a path strewn with obstacles. Today, women make up around 13% of each intake. Meet these women of duty and dedication!
