Five years ago, Georges Pujolas opened a small chandlery shop north of the village of Cap Ferret. In this tiny marina, nestled in the dunes and adorned with pine trees, Georges only has to walk a few meters to board a boat and enter Les Passes, a narrow channel, in order to indulge in his favourite pastime: bass fishing.
