Synopsis
In the South of France, where the Rhone flows into the sea, there’s an almost desert land called the Camargue. The ongoing battle of the Rhone and the sea combined with the actions of man, have formed over the ages a mosaic of environments and landscapes of exceptional richness. A mecca for nature-lovers, the Camargue is recognized as a wetland of international importance for migratory birds and the diversity of its ecosystems.
