The French got to know Jenifer in 2002 when she won the first series of Star Academy, TF1's musical talent show. She was catapulted to stardom with a debut album, Jenifer, which topped the charts with two hit singles J’attends l'Amour and Au Soleil.

Since then, Jenifer has been hounded by the paparazzi and her private life has regularly made the front pages of the celebrity magazines.

But Jenifer knows how to bounce back and has several strings to her bow: Having been a coach on The Voice and The Voice Kids, she has also appeared on stage in The Vagina Monologues and in several television films and series.

Continuing with her musical career, at the end of 2018, she released a new album, Nouvelle Page, which sold more than 14,000 copies and reached number 2 in the charts, coming in just behind Johnny Hallyday’s posthumous album. At the age of 37, Jenifer seems to have found a way to combine her multi-faceted career with her private life, which is no mean feat.

The documentary traces the life of a young woman of today, who has to reconcile her career and her role as a mother on a daily basis.
