An opportunity to discover one of the loveliest and oldest steeplechase races in Europe and the world. A story studded with outstanding performances. We explore the 6,900 metre track with its 31 obstacles, combining gallops on both grass and clay, on which the horses run for about 10 minutes! But the biggest challenge is the fourth obstacle, the "Taxis Ditch”, a 1.50 metre hedge concealing a 4-metre long pit, which has been the scene of numerous falls and refusals over the past 122 years.
