Comics and religion don't always go hand in hand, but some authors manage to harmoniously combine the two. Every year in January, they are showcased at the Angoulême Christian Comics Festival.
We meet the authors at the festival, but also in their studios where, far from the hustle and bustle of the world, they let the muses inspire them and their pencils slide. Some create Christian comics, while others prefer philosophical or humorous drawings. Here they step outside the confines of their colourful plates and share their motivations, their inspiration and the limits of their art.
