    Beethoven, Symphony No. 7 in A Major, op. 92 43'  - 2010  - Heliox Films
    Synopsis

Beethoven uses an extraordinary palette of rhythms, colours and nuances in this work, increasing the contrasts and creating a sensation of perpetual motion. Wagner said "this symphony is the apotheosis of dance itself." This dancing character reaches its peak in the final, Dionysian scherzo. Yet at its creation, it was the second movement, a slow and solemn march, which excited the most admiration and enthusiasm.

    I - Poco Sostenuto - vivace
    II - Allegretto
III - Presto - Assai meno presto
    IV - Allegro con brio

    DAVID GRIMAL & LES DISSONANCES
The Dissonances, homage to the famous quartet of Mozart, is an artist collective created by violinist David Grimal. The musical ensemble, variable geometry and without a conductor, has an absolute liberty of programming choices. This independence offers musicians the opportunity to meet a new audience sometimes intimidated by the so-called classical music and bring the public a new vision of the major repertoire.
