The Cagnes-sur-Mer racecourse is a legendary racetrack. Very different from the other 250 racetracks in France because of its geographical location on the French Riviera with its feet in the Big Blue, it is also a "mixed" track, where the three equestrian disciplines, flat racing, jump racing and trotting, rub shoulders.
Cagnes-sur-Mer is also a winter meeting. From December 2nd to the 13th March, the racecourse is a hive of activity, with 61 days of racing and nearly 900 horses on the site, encouraging trainers from all over France to migrate south and make it their winter quarters.
