Today in France, fast food is king. Burgers, pizzas, kebabs, sushi... with around 45 billion Euros in turnover per year, this booming sector has established itself in the face of traditional catering.
But “snacking” is no longer necessarily synonymous with junk food. Some have embarked upon the fast food adventure by offering balanced or organic meals, and the big chains have been quick to focus their advertising campaigns on the quality of their products.
