In a working-class district of Toulouse, residents with modest incomes are questioning the way they eat. How can they manage to eat in a healthy and balanced way on a very limited budget? How can they avoid being condemned to junk food and its disastrous consequences for their health?

Raymonde, Fatima, Murielle, Danielle and Philippe are trying to regain control over what is on their plates. They share ideas, debate and take action with joy despite a difficult environment. Without resignation, they are taking part in the food transition of their neighbourhood, filled with hope for tomorrow.
