Traditional Afro-Iranian songs and dances.
The renowned southern Iranian musician and dancer Saeid Shanbehzadeh creates a colourful party atmosphere, revealing the history of the Afro-Iranians who have shaped the musical culture of this region. Known as "Bandari music and dance", it sprang from the ports, where music and dance accompanied every moment of life.
The main instruments include the Neyanbânn (Iranian bagpipe), Neydjofti (double flute), Dammâm (double-sided drum), Zarbetempo (percussion), traditional flute, Senj (cymbal), and Boogh (goat's horn).
