Bursts of laughter, people speaking in Pashtun, English, Arabic, French and Bambara… Running, shouting, playing, kissing… Forty kilometres from Chartres, in the Château des Vaux, the Apprentis d’Auteuil foundation opens its doors to us for the very first time. This documentary follows the journeys of four teenagers placed there by the Child Welfare Services. Nicolas, Floriane, Koloma and Coralie are under 17, and the chateau is their last chance to rebuild their lives.
