This documentary takes us fishing in the high altitude lakes of the French Alps.
Tignes on Lake Petit, Courchevel on Merlet and Pêtre, and finally Lake Brevent near Chamonix, opposite Mont Blanc.
There we see fly fishing in mountain lakes as well as traditional frame fishing, an old technique still used by some mountain dwellers. Exceptional settings at altitudes of between 2390 and 2525 metres for trout, salmon trout and lake trout... And an opportunity to meet scientists during a three-day field trip.
