The village of Freland, in Alsace, is home to the Nemrod* wild game butcher shop. In creating their company, Edouard and Vianney wanted to avoid the waste of game and modernise the image of hunting: a gamble that has paid off.

In just three years, the two friends have gained a hundred new distributors in Paris. Every morning, dozens of orders leave the production facility and are shipped across France. Wild boar sausages, terrines, deer à la royale… with their customer base growing, it’s clear that more and more people are developing a taste for wild meat.
