The vocal choir XXL Nantes Urban Voices, trained for ten years by its artistic director Karim Ammour, offers here the Maghreb onstage. In July 2022, his final show brought together close to a thousand amateur vocalists around professional musicians, for a bewitching sound and visual journey.

Since 2011, the project Urban Voices involved close to 10,000 amateur singers in original works or works from traditional repertoires proposed by invited artists, from the four corners of the world. In 2022, the show, written by Samira Negrouche, offered to Nantes vocalists a trip to Morocco, an immersive, novel experience and true cultural exchange with the other shore.
