Today, 5.9% of children under 15 years of age have behavioural problems.
But this juvenile violence is not spontaneous. It seems evident that the children concerned are all exposed to an extreme level of violence either at home or in the outside world.
Many of them come from broken homes.
Behind the problem of juvenile violence lies the question of the family and the role played within it by society and the State. With one leading and eminently political question: how to reconcile the educational and the repressive faced with the phenomenon of increasing violence amongst children of a very young age ?
